Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold Fierce Interiors LLC harmless from any demands (including reasonable lawyer’s fees), loss, liability, claims (including any legal claims) or expenses made against Us due to User actions, User use (or misuse) of Our Service and Website, User’s breach of the Terms or User’s infringement of the Provider’s and other Users rights.

Governing law and dispute resolution
The Terms and all matters relating to access and/or the use of the Website, including all disputes by You the User, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects and in accordance by the laws of New York without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be conveyed appropriately, and You the user hereby consent to the claims being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York.
